1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Collaborix ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Collaborix is an AI-powered collaboration platform providing chat, voice, video, and productivity tools. The Service is available as a cloud-hosted SaaS, white-label deployment, and self-hosted installation.

3. Accounts & Workspaces

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
Each workspace receives a unique subdomain (e.g., yourteam.collaborix.app)
Workspace administrators are responsible for managing their users and content
Reserved workspace names cannot be registered

4. Free & Pro Plans

Free Plan: Unlimited users, 90-day message history, 10GB shared storage, basic AI features. No credit card required. Available indefinitely.

Pro Plan: Starting at $3/user/month (annual billing). Includes unlimited history, premium AI, advanced security, and volume discounts up to 83% off for large teams.

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored for the remainder of their billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Collaborix. You retain ownership of content you create and share through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with GDPR and CCPA requirements.

8. Service Level Agreement

Pro plan customers receive a 99.99% uptime SLA. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 48 hours in advance. Service credits are issued for downtime exceeding the SLA.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collaborix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
